Marketing is fast and effective

Rent Manager interfaces with our marketing automation and online scheduling program which allows our marketing agents to pre-screen tenants and maximize their showing schedule, quickly and easily advertise vacancies online, mobile posting to our website and hundreds of other listing sites, including Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. Applicants can also apply right from their smartphones, and their application is automatically screened as soon as they submit it.

Screening for the best residents

Built in resident screening includes standard background and credit checks along with past rent payment and criminal history. Screens can be completed in just moments after a prospective tenant submits their application, enabling us to place the highest quality residents quickly.

Fast and secure disbursements

We have several options to pay you, including the ability to deposit funds directly into your bank account. No waiting for a check in the mail!

Easy Access for Owners and Tenants

Each owner and tenant has a Web Access portal to view activity on accounts, make payments/contributions, and contact their property manager.

Collect rent faster with online payment options

Rent Manager gives residents three convenient ways to pay electronically (Cash, E-check, or credit card).

On-demand access to your statements.

Owner statements are securely posted to an online Owner Web Access portal, saving time and paper. These statements provide you with a quick snapshot of your property details for the past month. We also include maintenance invoices and additional, more in-depth reports.

Fast and effective handling of maintenance issues

We use Rent Manager for electronic work orders and communication with vendors so we can quickly resolve issues. Tenants are also able to submit an electronic work order directly to our service manager.

Integrated 24/7 call center

Rent Manager integrates with our VoIP phone system which will allow us to take notes on and record owner and tenant calls to attach them directly to their files. The call center also allows for 24/7 connection for emergency customer service.

Robust Accounting

With the countless pre-formatted and customizable options for financial reports, we can track your portfolio in just about any manner you need.

Constant and consistent upgrades

Rent Manager makes upgrades and improves integration on a regular basis to keep on the cutting edge of technological advances, and we take advantage of these upgrades to better serve you. We also work with Rent Manager to customize our software capabilities.
